French side Nantes have officially confirmed that defender Papy Djilobodji has joined the Premier League champions Chelsea this morning.

The Senegal international signs a 4-year contract with the west London club for a fee reported to be in the range of £4m, that will keep him at the Stamford Bridge until 2019.
Djilobodji, 27, has made more than 160 appearances for the French outfit since arriving at Stade de la Beaujoire in 2010.
