The Chile international Arturo Vidal has agreed contract extension at Juventus until 2017, according to the Sky Sports.
The 26-year-old midfielder, who joined Juventus from Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen in July 2011, since then the Chilean has scored 22 goals in 77 league appearances for the Turin-based club, Bianconeri.
During last summer, he had been in talks with other European clubs for his future move, but the Serie A club has denied all this speculation around him and confirmed the news that he is ready to put pen to paper for fresh terms.
A statement read on Juventus official website:
“Juventus are pleased to announce that Arturo Vidal has today put pen to paper on an extended contract which keeps him with the club until 2017.
