Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is desperate to strengthen his squad at Old Trafford following a disappointing first campaign and Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller has emerged as one of a primary targets that could be playing for the Red Devils next season, according to the Metro.
The Germany international is not the only one who have been linked with the Premier League giants this season. Gareth Bale, Nathaniel Clyne, Paul Pogba, Hugo Lloris, Edinson Cavani and Dani Alves are few names on the United’s wish list for the summer transfer window, having already captured Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven earlier this month.
The 25-year-old world cup winner, who was a crucial figure during World Cup in Brazil last year, would serve a stunning business for the United, as the striker has got a wealth of experience under his belt at both domestic and international level.
Muller would be easily walk into Van Gaal’s army and the united fans have already begun to express their thoughts to the potential signing.
