The Serie A giants Napoli have reportedly started the discussions regarding the potential January transfer of Mousa Dembele from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 28-year-old midfielder, who joined Spurs from Fulham in 2012, but ever since his starting opportunities have been limited at White Hart Lane.

As a result, the North London club are open to the prospect of selling the Belgium international, who captured the attention of their Italian outfit Napoli, according to Tuttosport.
The report adds that The Lilywhites have valued the playmaker at £10m.
