Chelsea have reportedly agreed a transfer deal for Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan on a £28 million fee.
The Daily Mirror claims, incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte believes that the 27-year-old is on his way to west London outfit as both parties have reached terms on a five-year contract.
The arrival of Nainggolan will be a huge boost for the Blues, having scored 10 goals in 66 appearances for the Italian club since making his debut for the Serie A outfit in 2014.
