The Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a summer move for Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, according to the Daily Express.
The report claims that Iker Casillas, who is the current number one shot-stopper at the Bernabeu – is expected to leave the European Champions this summer.
The Spaniard had a nightmare at the World Cup last summer, and the 33-year-old has made a numerous mistakes this season, especially 4-0 loss to local rivals Atletico Madrid on Saturday.
Los Blancos have been heavily linked with Manchester United’s David de Gea recently, but the report has suggested that Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti made Courtois his primary target at the end of the season.
Courtois has made 21 league appearances so far this season for the Blues and kept eight Premier League sheets this term.
