Everton midfielder Leon Osman has penned a new one-year contract extension with his boyhood club, that will keep him at the Goodison Park until the end of the 2015-16 season.

The 33-year-old veteran, who joined the Toffees as a youth player back in 1997, has scored 51 goals in 396 appearances at the club since his first-team debut against Spurs in 2003.
The midfielder has struggles to find his first-team opportunities limited this season, who has made just three starts in the top flight.
Osman has won two senior England caps, late 2012 and early 2013.
