The 33-year-old veteran, who joined the Toffees as a youth player back in 1997, has scored 51 goals in 396 appearances at the club since his first-team debut against Spurs in 2003.
The midfielder has struggles to find his first-team opportunities limited this season, who has made just three starts in the top flight.
Osman has won two senior England caps, late 2012 and early 2013.
Everton are currently sit ninth in the Premier League table, with 13 points and will face Sunderland on Sunday at Stadium Of Light.
