The Frenchman has been heavily linked with a move away from the Theatre of Dreams following the arrival of Luke Shaw from Southampton.
The 33-year-old has left the Red Devils for Serie A champions Juventus on a two-year contract, ending his eight-and-a-half-year of career at Old Trafford.
The veteran left-back, who joined United from Monaco in January 2006, made 379 appearances and he helped the club win the five Premier League titles, three league cups and the Champions League in 2008.
Juventus would pay £1.2m for Evra, plus an extra £300,000 if the club qualify for the Champions League 2015-16.
