AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari has signed a new one-year contract extension with the Serie A giants, the club has confirmed on their Twitter account.

The 29-year-old robust midfielder, who is currently on duty with Ghana at FIFA World Cup in Brazil, will remain with the Italian giants until June 30, 2016.
Muntari joined the Rossoneri on loan from rivals Inter Milan in 2012, since then he has scored 11 goals and providing four assists in 66 appearances for the club.
