Manchester City have announced the signing of the highly-rated teenager Patrick Roberts from Fulham in £8m deal.
The 18-year-old midfielder, who represented England at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-19 levels has made 22 appearances for the Cottagers over the past two seasons.

The midfielder is unlikely to make into City’s first-team squad, and maybe he will be loaned out in order to play regular football next season.
City are in hunt to add homegrown talented players to their ranks after the departures of James Milner, Frank Lampard, Dedryck Boyata, Scott Sinclair and Micah Richards.
