Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has put pen to a paper on a new contract with the Blues, the highly-rated forward confirmed on his Twitter account.

The Camberwell-born youngster, who finished with 41 goals last season, shared the club’s golden boot award with Solanke, also played a crucial role in the FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League successes.
