Chelsea have signed the services of Burkina Faso midfielder Bertrand Traore following the opening of the January transfer window, confirmed Chelseafc.com
The 18-year-old joined Jose Mourinho’s side in October and has now completed a four-and-a-half-year deal with the Blues.
The youngster made his debut in September 2011 at the age of 15 for Burkina Faso, he also appeared as a substitute during the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.
Traore is full of confidence and he expressed his desire in an interview, he said: ‘I’m an attacking midfielder. I can play in the number 10 position, I can play on the wings and I’m good on the ball. I can shoot well and am strong in a one v one situation, so I can score goals.’
