Premier League giants with the likes of Manchester City and Manchester United were said to be interested on the 23-year-old attacker, but they could now face a stiff competition from the Blues, according to the London Evening Standard.
The report claims that the west London clubs would look to bring Isco this month in January transfer window, however, Los Blancos are unlikely to accept any bids until the end of the season.
Isco joined Madrid from Malaga in 2013.
