Manchester United have confirmed that teenage goalkeeper Joel Castro Pereira has rejoined the club from his season-long loan spell at League One outfit Rochdale.

Having dual nationality with Portugal and Switzerland, the 19-year-old has represented both countries at youth international level.
It remain to be seen whether or not United boss Louis van Gaal decides to loan the Portuguese born stopper out once more in the new year, or decides to keep him at the Old Trafford.
