The latest reports from the Sunday Mirror has suggested that West Ham defender Winston Reid has agreed to join London rivals Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer at the end of the current season.
It is believed that Arsenal and Liverpool were said to be interested on the 26-year-old’s services, but both clubs stepped-back after the Hammers reportedly put a £7m price tag on him.
However, there is speculation that Liverpool are ready to launch £6.5 million bid for the New Zealand international to persuade the Hammers to sell the defender now rather than loosing a player for nothing in the summer.
Reid will become a free agent in the summer, who has played 127 times for West Ham since joining the club from Danish outfit Midtjylland in 2010.
