Manchester United midfielder Wilfried Zaha is hoping that he can prove his Old Trafford worth, following his return to Crystal Palace on loan by manager Louis van Gaal, reports The Express.
The 21-year-old still has eyes on his Manchester United future, despite being returned to Crystal Palace on a season-long loan deal.
The England international, who joined the Red Devils in January 2013 and was immediately loaned back to Cardiff City last season, believes that he can prove his worth and could make an impact during his latest spell in South London.
“the goal is to do my best here for the season and make a comeback into the team and the England set-up,” Zaha told reporters.
“It feels great to be playing again. There is nothing like being out on the pitch and the crowd singing your name. It was a bit frustrating. What am I doing if I am not playing?”
Zaha was signed by Sir Alex Ferguson, admits about leaving the club permanently after struggling to make an impact at Old Trafford.
