Bayern Confirms Lewandowski deal from Dortmund

Here comes the big news from transfer market, German champions – Bayern Munich confirms the signing of Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski on a free transfer.

Bayern Munich announced in a statement, Lewandowski signed a long-term 5 year deal which will effect at the end of the season from July 1 to June 2019. The deal is believed to be worth €11m per year.

The 25-year-old has scored 65 goals in 112 Bundesliga games since joining from Lech Poznan in 2010, including 11 goals this season.

The Poland International, Lewandowski is the second key player after Germany midfielder Mario Goetze to move Bayern from Dortmund since the sides met in the Champions League final in last season.

Dortmund are currently sit fourth in the Bundesliga standings, 12 points behind German leaders Bayern.
